Franco-Swiss couple, Béatrice and Joseph fell under the spell of this large house of character dating from 1890, and completely renovated it in 2020 with the aim of opening this house to travelers.

Béatrice, a graduate of the Strasbourg hotel school, worked in catering in France, then 27 years in Switzerland, in education and then in the hotel industry, to come back to settle in her native country and region of heart, the Vosges and Lorraine.
Joseph, currently Maitre Fromager in Switzerland, transforms the milk in the small artisanal company into cheeses, yogurts, fondue, and other specialties that we are pleased to introduce to you.

On reservation during the week we offer you the simplicity and authenticity of a table d'hôtes for a gourmet stopover highlighting local products.
