Terms of Sales

General provisions
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking
stays in guest rooms at La Casa des Achards.
The best welcome will be reserved for guests.
The owner undertakes to personally insure their
welcome with all the desirable attention allowing
facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.

Article 1: Duration of stay
The customer signing this contract concluded for a period
determined will not under any circumstances be able to rely on a
any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

Article 2: Conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective once the customer has made
send the owner a copy of the signed contract before
the specified date and a deposit of 25% of the rental price.
A second copy must be kept by the tenant.
Tourist tax is not included in the rates.

Article 3: No withdrawal
For reservations made by mail, telephone or
by internet, the tenant does not benefit from the period of
withdrawal, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the code of
consumption relating in particular to services
hosting services provided on a date or according to a
determined periodicity.

Article 4: Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by email or telephone at
owner.
(a) Cancellation before the start of the stay:
if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the start of the
stay, the deposit remains with the owner;
if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the
stay, the deposit remains with the owner who will request
in addition payment of the balance of the price of the stay.
(b) If the customer does not show up before 7 p.m. on the scheduled day
of the start of the stay, this contract becomes void and the
owner can use his guest rooms.
The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to
claim the balance of the price of the stay.
(c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the stay
initial remains fully acquired by the owner.
Additional services not consumed will be
reimbursed.

Article 5: Cancellation by the owner
The owner pays the customer the full amount
paid, as well as compensation at least equal to that which the
tenant would have borne if the cancellation had occurred
its done on this date.

Article 6: Arrival
The customer must arrive on the specified day and time mentioned
on this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the
tenant must notify the owner.

Article 7: Payment of the balance
The balance must be paid upon entry into the premises.
Consumption and additional services not
mentioned in this contract will be payable at the end of the
stay with the owner.

Article 8: Use of the premises
The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and
use them in accordance with their intended purpose.
Upon departure, the tenant undertakes to return the rooms in
good condition and as clean as he found it when he arrived.

Article 9: Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of
people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the
owner is able to refuse customers
additional. This refusal can in no case be considered
as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative
of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of
customers higher than those refused, no refund
can be considered.

Article 10: Animals
This contract specifies that the client cannot stay
in the company of a domestic animal. In case of non-compliance
of this clause by the customer, the owner may refuse the
stay. In this case, no refund will be made.

Article 11: Insurance
The customer is responsible for all damages arising from
its done. It is required to be insured by a standard insurance contract
resort for these different risks.

Article 12: Disputes
For all disputes which arise from the execution or
the interruption of this contract the Judicial Court of
Grenoble is competent.
