Cancellation by the client:
-If cancellation more than 30 days, the deposit paid is refunded.
-If cancellation between 16 and 30 days, the deposit remains with the owner.
-If cancellation less than 16 days, the entire stay remains acquired, except in cases of force majeure (death or illness with proof mentioning the obligation not to be able to go to the place of the stay on the planned date) in this case only the deposit will remain acquired.

If the client does not appear before 7:30 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, the contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The price paid by the customer remains with the owner.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner. Additional services not consumed will be reimbursed.
Cancellation by the owner:
When before the start of the stay, the owner cancels the rental contract in the event of force majeure (fire, illness, death, inaccessible room, natural disasters, etc.), he must inform the client by registered letter or by email, with Notice of receipt. The client, without prejudging recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be reimbursed immediately for the sums paid, without compensation.
In the context of COVID 19:
We undertake to reimburse your stay in full in the event of localized travel restrictions which may be decided by the Government.
This measure applies exclusively in the current context of the evolution of the Covid19 pandemic and the resulting government restrictions which are the subject of official announcements, but does not apply for restrictions on store closures, bars, restaurants, various events, covid disease of one of the travelers or if one of them is in contact.
