Located at the north end of the Gulf of Sagone, the village of Cargèse deserves a break between Ajaccio and Porto in the South to the North. This is done by the road that winds along the coast. At each turn, the views are sublime as each other.

Overlooking the sea, the village is immediately recognizable by the specificity that made him famous: two churches face each other. One is of Latin origin, the other Greek (Eastern Rite Catholic).
The port offers cruises to the nature reserve of Scandola, the Creeks of Piana or the Gulf of Girolata.
