Transformed into a literary museum, the charming home of Jules Barbey-d'Aurevilly keeps intact the memory of the writer. Decorated and carpeted as then, the pieces are personal items, clothing, drawings, original manuscripts, including the famous "Disjecta menbre". In the yellow room, Barbey old room, the pictures are displayed first editions of his works. The Blue Room, with its Empire furniture, houses the portraits of two women with whom he maintained close relations.
