In this museum are preserved, restored, exposed and developed archaeological collections of local interest. The majority of the collections is the result of nearly 30 years of archaeological volunteers. Some donations of objects discovered by chance came recently also enrich the background of the museum. The permanent exhibition presents the daily life of rural people who lived during the first eight centuries AD (Gallo-Roman and Merovingian).
