The Hippodrome du Petit Port is located in Nantes, Loire-Atlantique. It's a racetrack opened in 1875 with an open gallop grass runway of 2065 m and trot with a runway of 1411 m pozzolana, with rope on the right.

The racecourse has several tracks:
• the flat (grass runways of 2068 m; path 1100 m, 1600 m, 2400 m and 3100 m, 400 m straight line over a width of 25 m, starting boxes).
• hedges (run on grass runways, golf 3100 m, 3500 m and 3900 m).
• the steeplechase (run on grass runways, golf 3800 m and 4300 m)
• the trot (sand track with a length of 1411 m and a width of 20 m, 350 m straight line, two tees at 2300 m and 3025 m rope to the left, following cars).
