Cancellation occurring up to 4 weeks before the date of occupation, the deposit is no longer refundable.
Cancellation up to 3 weeks the tenant is liable for 25% of the balance due.
Cancellation up to 2 weeks the tenant is liable for 50% of the balance due.
Cancellation up to 1 week the tenant is liable for 75% of the balance due.
Cancellation occurring between 1 week and the rental day. The balance is due in full.
