We fell in love with this region's vibrant culture, welcoming people, and majestic mountains, and we know you will, too.

A few years ago, we decided to make this beautiful area our home and pour our hearts into restoring this magnificent Art Nouveau villa.

Our goal was to create a space where guests can truly relax, connect, and feel at home. The unique spirit of Villa Puebla is a reflection of us.

Tessi Romell Marais is from Sweden and Laurent Marais is French, and together we’ve lived and worked all over the world.

This blend of cultures and creativity shapes everything we do.

Our villa is also a creative hub, and you might even meet an artist in residence during your stay, witnessing how this magical place inspires their work firsthand. Our bed and breakfast has been featured on TV shows like Des Racines et des Ailes and Échappées Belles, and in guidebooks from renowned publishers like Routard, Michelin, and Lonely Planet. We're fluent in English, French, Swedish, and Spanish, so feel free to chat with us in whatever language you're most comfortable with.
