The Au bord du Canal house has a very pretty view of the Châteauneuf-en-Auxois castle, classified among the most beautiful villages in France. The greenway is on the other side of the canal, offering 212 km of paths passing through Dijon and allows for beautiful bike rides. You will appreciate the brightness, space, comfort and thematic decoration around Burgundy, canals and boats. Each room is named after a ship. They are equipped with a kettle, and a small TV. The 4 bedrooms are all ensuite: shower, WC and unit with sink. The "Lily" double room of 17 m², the "Toiler" double room, 14 m² and the "Elektra" double room of 17 m² have a view of the canal and the fields. The family room "L'Etoile" is on two levels, 18 m² and 15 m² with a double bed and 2 single beds 90x200. The double beds have the comfortable size of 180x200.

On request in advance they can be separated to make two 90x200 beds. The private four-place car park is protected by a sliding electric gate.

Bicycles can be stored in our secured bicycle shed.

There are power plugs for easy charging your electric bikes and a water point.

A fridge is at your disposal. Breakfast is served, weather permitting, on the canal-side terrace.

There is a very good restaurant 15 minutes walk along the canal in Vandenesse, or you can go upon the hill to Chateauneuf en Auxois, here there are various restaurants at different price ranges.

By bike, (the hill is quite steep), or on foot, 30 minutes, or by car.
