I am offering 2 cottages/studios for rent located in the same location. they are independent and are available to you for the night or the week to visit, stay or travel professionally to the Arcachon basin. The cottages are located in a residential area of Gujan-Mestras, quiet, not overlooked. the 1st: driftwood.

The garden of this cottage is completely fenced. the 2nd: The dunes.

Cozy space: Swimming pool (additional charge +20€ per day or 100€ per week) shared with the 2 guest rooms.

Pets not allowed. These are 20 m² cottages, each with its own private garden, terrace, garden furniture, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue.

Bicycles available (additional charge) Deposit of €50 is required for cleaning. In winter: Utilities included in the price, heating up to 20°C (68°F); if exceeded, a supplement will be charged. Kitchen area: hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, television Sleeping area: 1 double bed, duvet and pillow provided, 1 BZ, 1 baby travel cot (on request) Bathroom: walk-in shower, sink and WC By car, Bassin beach and oyster port 5 minutes away, Arcachon, Pyla dune 15 minutes away, Bordeaux 50 km away Rental of sheets and towels: +15 €, to be paid in cash on arrival. Bike rental: €15 per day for 2 adult bikes or €60 per week breakfast basket: €8 per person: madeleine, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice, yogurt, coffee/tea. Animals (accepted at the driftwood studio): + €5 per day. A deposit of €30 for cleaning is required on arrival. Price for 2 people.

Additional people will pay €15 per person per day.
