Our charming house is located in the heart of the medieval village of Sancerre, just a few meters from restaurants and shops, next to the "Maison Jacques Coeur" and the House of Sancerre, at the foot of the Church of Sancerre, quiet in a paved alley. Renovated entirely in a cordial, calm and soothing environment, the house is revealedwith noble materials , such as original wood, stone, ocher lime plaster, the stone, the pavers in the inner courtyard, the staircase and the large window dating from the nineteenth century, a fireplace. All modern comfort is proposed to allow you to spend an intimate and friendly journey in Sancerre. Composed of 4 bedrooms ensuite, the house is designed to comfortably accommodate 8 to 11 people and develops on 3 levels: On the ground floor a large living room with open kitchen, dining-room and lounge in front of the fireplace.

The room, very bright, opens onto the inner courtyard, intimate, without any vis-à-vis, typical of medieval villages.

An independent WC, and a laundry space complete this floor. On the 1st floor, you will find two bedrooms each with a private bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet, housing a queen size bed (160x200) and an extra single bed 90x200. In the attic, two bedrooms have been built under the roof and each have a bathroom (shower) with toilet.

The house is available all year round as it has central heating and a fireplace for the cooler seasons, and stone walls provide soothing coolness in the summer, providing comfort and a friendly atmosphere in any season.. Beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided. There are some basic kitchen supplies, including an induction hob, a large oven and a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle. For breakfast, upon prior request, you can order bread and pastries at the bakery located a few meters from the house. The guest house "at 9 rue de la Paix" is designed for you to spend a stay of quality, comfortable and friendly in Sancerre.
