With four charming bedrooms, a billiards table, and space for games, it’s an ideal spot to relax. Outside, the extensive grounds offer a heated pool, boules area, and table tennis, making it perfect for families.

The Dordogne region offers rich history and stunning landscapes, with the Dordogne River just 13km away for fishing, canoeing, or swimming. Nearby, the medieval village of Monpazier (12km) offers bike rentals, horseback riding, and a lively Thursday market. The region is known for its castles, bastide towns, prehistoric caves, and dramatic scenery, including the Gouffre de Padirac caves and the Lascaux cave replicas. Monpazier, Eymet, Villefranche, and Brantôme showcase well-preserved historical sites, while the 11th-century Benedictine abbey in St-Avit-Sénieur adds to the area's charm.
