Located directly at the Golfclub Walchsee Moarhof in Walchsee, Welzenhof enjoys panoramic views of the Zahmer Kaiser Mountain Region. Organic produce from the property’s own farm is served at breakfast.

All accommodation has wood furnishings and a bathroom. Some have a balcony, kitchen, seating area and satellite TV. A traditional tiled stove is a further feature in some.

Welzenhof has table tennis and ski storage facilities. Wi-Fi and private parking are available free of charge.

The garden has a large children’s playground and barbecue facilities. A children's workshop with bread baking and tent-building activities is offered during the summer season.

Guests have direct access to cross-country ski trails. Walchsee Lake and the local Ski Lift can be reached by car in 4 minutes. A summer toboggan run at Zahmer Kaiser is 3.5 km away. Kaiserwinkl Golf Course can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

Children of all ages are welcome.
Children from 2 to 14 years old stay for 15 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
