Casa rurale Villa Thi Bai

This beautiful residence, nicely renovated, set in the middle of a wooded garden and surrounded by stone walls, is located on Boulevard de Rochebonne, 250 m from the large Sillon beach and its many water activities and the GR34 hiking trail, 1 km from the Thermes Marins and 3 km from Intra-Muros, the old town of Saint-Malo.

This house exudes a serenity that will make you spend, for sure, a wonderful vacation. For the winter, choose a book from the large library and let yourself dream in front of the fireplace.

Frédéric, attached to his region of origin, will be happy to share his cultural, sporting, gastronomic and historical knowledge with you and thus advise you whatever the length of your stay, summer or winter. Respectful of our environment, you can come and move around without a car: train (Paris is 2h15 by TGV and Frédéric can pick you up there), bus, bike rental (available in the guest house).

The 2nd floor of the La Villa Thi Bai guest house is entirely dedicated to you. This independent space of 45m² has 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. Available on request, baby bed and chair.
- The PALME room has a 160 x 200 cm bed
- The BLUE COTTON room has a 140 x 190 cm bed,
- Separate shower room and WC. (A supplement will be requested if 2 rooms are occupied by 2 people).

ON THE GROUND FLOOR: small lounge available with television. In each room, a courtesy tray with kettle, coffee, tea and infusions, invites you to relax after a long day. Breakfasts based on organic and/or local products will be served in the large and bright kitchen (25m2) overlooking the garden.
