Spa Table tennis Heated poolVilla Mathis is a charming guest house located in the Provencal village of MOUANS-SARTOUX, halfway between the beaches and glitter of Cannes and the perfumes of Grasse.
It offers you a little break of well-being and discoveries where authenticity rhymes with simplicity. It benefits from a privileged geographical location because it is located 500 m from the village which offers numerous restaurants, 10 km from CANNES, 7 km from GRASSE and 25 km from NICE airport. Public transport is nearby (train station 800 m and bus stop 200 m). The Saint Donat golf course and a tennis club are 800 m from the villa.
Many activities (sea and mountains), beautiful villages, craft sites, and many other centers of interest are close to Villa Mathis.
Villa Mathis offers three accommodations (a suite for 2 people, a room for 2 people and an apartment for 4 people maximum).
The swimming pool is heated from June 1 to September 30 and a spa is also available whatever the time of year.
Gourmet breakfasts are served on the common terrace or in the accommodation depending on the guests' choice.
I like meeting new people and I want to bring my future guests everything I like to find during my travels: an exotic and warm environment while feeling "at home", a sincere welcome, listening and good little addresses.
For 3 years I have been offering rentals in furnished tourist accommodation and this year, as part of a professional reconversion, I transformed the accommodation into guest rooms.
