Villa Maskali is a winegrower's house in the village of Cuxac-d'Aude.

Built in 1850, it has known multiple owners who, over the years, have been able to take it through the decades, now bringing it into the 21st century by modernizing itself, while respecting its soul and character.

Comfort, charm and elegance, a subtle blend of materials and colors, Villa Maskali is just waiting to open its double doors to welcome you in this warm and friendly atmosphere, where you will be able to relax in complete serenity and intimacy, on a background of jazz music…the piano is already waiting for you if you like to play !

2 bedrooms and 2 suites are at your disposal, with their own atmospheres and colors, for areas of 26 to 52 m², each with bathroom or shower room.

The ground floor is composed of a large hall which serves the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the staircase leading to the upper floors.

On the 1st floor, served by a second hall, you will find the Nairobi room and the Lagos Suite. Ducted air conditioning with individual control for more comfort, smart TV, intercom, sleeping 2 people, percale bed linen, very soft carpet, nothing will be missing from your comfort.
Each has its own bathroom with bathtub, as well as a large dressing room for the suite. The Nairobi room is 26 m² and the suite 43 m².

On the second floor, served by a reading corner, you will find the Libreville room and the Bangui Suite. Air conditioning, smart TV, intercom, shower room for the bedroom and bathroom also with a large shower for the suite, plus dressing room, bedding for 2 people with percale bed linen, soft carpet for the bedroom and terracotta tiles original for the sequel. Here again, nothing will be lacking in your comfort. The room is 45 m² and the suite 52 m².

A last minute video, or a little teleworking, Villa Maskali is equipped with WiFi and also provides you with an office space with computer, copier, fax, as well as all the silence and calm you need.

To end this tour of the owner, let's go to the garden.
Outdoor stainless steel kitchen, living room that can accommodate 10 people, dining table, sunbathing, Chilean, parasol and of course the swimming pool, heated from April 15 until the end of October; the surrounding garden has a sound system, ideal for a few notes of jazz.

Our rooms and suites are with breakfast included. Hearty, fresh, and French, this breakfast should satisfy the most demanding. Served in the dining room, on the terrace or in your room, the choice is yours. It will be quite possible, on request and at an additional cost, to organize a brunch, why not by the pool? Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. For the early risers, we have thought of you, the necessities will be in your room or your suite while waiting for breakfast.
For the evening, we invite you, by reservation, to join our table for an excellent Occitan dinner, the products are all local, an air of jazz in the background will complete this beautiful evening of sharing and conviviality.

To conclude this quick presentation of Villa Maskali, our accommodation is for 2 people only, animals are not allowed. Your host also has a few animals but don’t worry, if you're not comfortable with them, they have their own space and won't get in your way.
