A co.mplete kitchen with a fridge, and micro wave, oven and washing machine for your only use. A cosy sitting room with television, and dining corner. Coffee and tea are Provided.
Very comfortable also for long stays.
As the only guests, you'll have a free and exclusive access to the swimming pool and garden. The peace and exceptional environment deserves a little effort though our house is located above the main road where a garage will be at your disposal and you will have to walk up 78 steps to get to La Quinta with your luggage. Not recommended for children and people with low mobility.
In order to appreciate this unic place and to visit the very wide choice of interesting places around, we only take reservations for 5 nights minimum.

By bus, train or auto, you can as well walk from Monaco or Menton by sea side treck, it's very easy.
We have a private closed parking for your car on the main road.
If you come by mototrway, you'll have to get out at the exit La Turbie if you're coming from Nice, and Monaco, Roquebrune, if you're coming from Italy.
Then you'll follow the road straight in direction of Menton, untilyou reach a crossing wirth trafic lights. There you will turn right and drive straight until you reach the gas station Agip on your right. it is our meeting point.
You'll need to phone me and I'll come dowonstairs to open your garage gate.

"Willy en Lieve"
Wij verbleven een week in deze prachtige villa met een uniek uitzicht over de baai van Monaco. Alles was perfect in orde. De gastvrouw was super met veel respect voor de privacy van haar gasten. We hebben alle dagen genoten van dit zeer uitzonderlijke verblijf. De trappen naar boven ben je vlug vergeten wanneer je toekomt in dit paradijsje. Bedankt Monique omdat je andere mensen de kans geeft om ook van dit moois te genieten.

"AGREABLE SEJOUR"
Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
La chambre très calme, permet de passer d'excellentes nuits.
Les repas pris sur la terrasse permettent de profiter de la magnifique vue.
La piscine et les abords sont très propices à la détente.
Monique est une personne très agréable et discrète de plus elle a été très arrangeante pendant notre séjour.

"Vue époustouflante"
Nous venons de sejouner 1 semaine chez Monique : Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil. Le cadre est incroyable , un appartement très confortable avec une piscine magnifique donnant sur la Méditerranée. Un endroit idéal pour un voyage en Amoureux.

"SUPERBE"
Endroit magnifique , l'hôte, Monique agréable et très discrète.
Un inconvénient : l'accès avec plus de 70 marches mais réalisable sans trop de difficulté puisque ce sont des marches muletières (espacées) Tous les jours nous les faisions et nous avons presque 79 ans !

Toujours tempérée, cette chambre est un refuge pour votre repos, et grâce au très bon matelas, les hôtes y dorment divinement bien. Le salon est, lui, climatisé .
La salle de bains est grande et fonctionnelle avec deux vasques et une grande douche italienne, avec vue également sur la mer..
La cuisine privée est entièrement èquipee. Frigo,congélateur, plaques, four, four micro ondes, machine à laver la vaisselle et le linge, machine à café.
Exclusivité des terrasses de la villa. Tout l’extérieur y compris la piscine est privatif, et réservé à nos seuls hôtes.
Il n'y a qu'un seul appartement loué ou en chambre d'hôtes dans cette villa.
Vue sur mer panoramique depuis toutes les terrasses de la villa. Un endroit paradisiaque rien que pour vous.
Idéal pour les longs séjours, puisque l'appartement comporte une vraie cuisine, et commode pour les séjours plus courts avec beaucoup de points d'intérêt, de distractions, et d'activités de toutes sortes à proximité. Très bien placé pour rayonner dans cette région magnifique avec un littoral préservé, et un arrière pays authentique.
