FietspadLaurence offers you a guest room (studio equipped with air conditioning for 2 to 4 people) with reversible air conditioning and flat screen television, opening directly onto its private and shaded terrace (with garden furniture).
Air conditioning provides freshness in summer and more autonomy for heating in winter (because the cottage is also equipped with central heating).
In the private kitchen area: a refrigerator, a hob, a microwave and an electric coffee maker are available.
Hair dryer on demand (or anything else if we can because we remain at the service of our customers).
Flat screen television (old photo).
A baby cot is available on request and at an additional cost.
Free WiFi 300 m away (in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant)
The "Villa Désirée", Mediterranean type, is surrounded by a pleasant wooded garden, in a quiet residential area and very well located (between Agde and Cap d'Agde).

Free parking in front of the villa for cars.

"Perfect for Cyclists"
As a solo cyclist, it was a wonderful. I stayed for two days. Laurence was kind and understanding and provided many excellent recommendations. The house was near many restaurants, stores, and with easy access downtown. I loved my time here - I wish I could have stayed longer. Overall, a very relaxing stay. And thanks for helping me with my french!

"Un studio dans un beau jardin"
Très bon accueil sympathique, authentique de Laurence discrète et soucieuse de notre satisfaction. Studio Bien équipé et confortable, silencieux. Chambre en mezzanine avec accès par un escalier droit avec rampe. Literie confortable et récente. Joli jardin paysagé et réveil au milieu de la verdure. Lotissement calme et non loin du canal du midi et de la mer.

"Très agréable"
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Laurence qui est une personne très sympathique et bienveillante.
Le petit studio est tout confort et est suffisant pour le temps que l'on y passe. Pour nous 5 nuits.
En plus il est bien situé car proches de beaucoup d'endroits et facile d'accès.
Attention dans les marches qui mènent à la mezzanine ='D

Plage et commerces à proximité.
Un plaisir de se lever le matin, ouvrir la porte, profiter de cette belle terrasse fleurie sans aucun vis à vis.

Logement au niveau de nos attentes, propre, calme, bien localisé, bien équipé.
