"Nessuna attenzione alle comunicazioni via mail"
Booked well in advance, with acceptance by the facility, we arrived and our reservation had not been noted. However, they made the rooms available to us (one of the two with a washing machine and dryer in operation) after 2 hours of waiting. At check out we asked for a discount for the poor service, they took away 10 euros out of 500 spent 😱😱😱

Belle villa avec de belles chambres dans un quartier calme non loin du centre de Lyon et de la Via Rhone pour les cyclistes.

Sommes ravis de nos passages aller et retour. toute la famille est accueillante, un Papa super charmant. Tous à nos petits soins, Les Diners et petits déjeuners étaient très copieux,top "qualité fait maison". à conseiller. Pour notre part nous y reviendrons.
