The Harp Freehouse and Guesthouse

Situated just 10 minutes’ drive from the centre of Ipswich, The Harp Freehouse and Guesthouse offers free WiFi and free onsite parking and is located just 5 minutes’ walk from Derby Road Railway Station.

With wrought-iron beds, each room includes a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. The en-suite shower rooms have complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.

The Old Times Public House, located less than 5 minute stroll from the guest house, offers live sports channels, a pool table, dart board, juke box and a wide selection of beers, wines and spirits. The pub is happy for customers to take food into the pub to eat whilst having a beverage purchased from the bar.

The Harp Freehouse and Guesthouse is just over 2 miles from Sir John Mills Theatre and within 1 mile of the Regent Theatre and Corn Exchange. The beautiful Neptune Marina is an 18-minute downhill walk away. The University Campus Suffolk is also just 18 minutes’ walk away.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children 1-2 years old stay free when sleeping in an available crib.

Cards accepted for booking
This is a small family run Guest house that has a check in time from 16:00 to 19:00, reception is manned during these times. Check in after 19:00 is possible when payment has been taken and the guest has made contact and the property will provide a code to get in to the building.

Please also note that the property only sell a self service breakfast at GBP 6.00 per person and it needs to be booked before or on arrival.

Please note the property is non-smoking. A GBP 50 fine is applicable to guests who smoke on the premises.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
