There is a beautiful balcony wrapping around the home. You will find a private fully equipped kitchen at the property and there is a guest living room with a flat-screen TV. Extras include free toiletries and a hairdryer. The air-conditioned house also has a BBQ and a wood fire for the cooler months.

Activities include horse riding, fishing, snorkeling and diving, visiting nearby Ngilgi Cave, Yallingup Maze, Simmo's Ice creamery and Margaret River Chocolate Factory.

World class wineries, including Leeuwin Estate, Vasse Felix and Voyager, some of Australia's best beaches such as Yallingup and Meelup, and micro breweries Eagle Bay, Bootleg and Cheeky monkey are all a short distance away. Dunsborough is only 10 minutes' drive away with all the amenities you need such as supermarket, cafes and restaurants and shops. Margaret River is 31 km from The Farmhouse, while Busselton is 27 km from the property.

This beautiful homestead has 1 queen bedroom, 2 king bedrooms and a bunk bed room. All rooms have wardrobes and air-conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets, plus an extra toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer. There is a well equipped kitchen, with oven and stove top, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and kettle. There is a BBQ provided on the veranda, overlooking the stunning valley. Indoor and outdoor dining is available. The lounge room has a TV, DVD player, and a wood fire for your enjoyment in the cooler months. The veranda offers a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the views.
