Teichnersuite

The design property Teichnersuite is in the historical centre of Rome, only 600 metres from the famous Fontana di Trevi fountain. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout and luxuriously furnished suites.

Set on 2 levels, the very large suites come with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and modern elegant furniture. They also feature parquet floors, a dining area, and their own private entrance.

Guests at the Teichnersuite can enjoy elegant accommodation in the heart of Rome. A laundry service is available, and massages and hairdressing appointments can be arranged by staff.

You can enjoy your lunch and dinner at the property's restaurant on the ground floor. Your meal can be served in the bar's outdoor dining area, or in the comfort of your suite.

The building is on the first floor and dates back to the 17th century and is just a 9-minute walk from the Spagna Metro Station, which stops in front of the Spanish Steps. Alternatively, you can enjoy a pleasant walk to Villa Borghese park which is 1.4 km away.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 7 years old (inclusive) stay for 10 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Persons 8 years and over stay for 20 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children up to 3 years old (inclusive) stay for 20 € per person per night when sleeping in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Please also telephone or send a text message 1 hour before your arrival.

Arrival after check-in hours is subject to a surcharge.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.

Please note that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

The laundry service, massages and hairdressing appointments are all upon request and at extra costs.

The restaurant/bar is open from 07:30 until 22:00. Please note that the delivery of lunch and/or dinner to your suite comes at extra cost.
