Tastefully decorated with neutral colours, spotlighting and solid oak furniture. It has a small en-suite shower room with a built-in baggage storage cupboard. This room has a private outdoor courtyard with access (via our kitchen) to the decking area. A small area to sit outside.

You are on a private floor with no other guest bedrooms. External washroom facilities are just outside the bedroom door, with a huge 1200 x 900 shower enclosure. Potential for noise.
