Discover exceptional landscapes (UNESCO world heritage) by taking numerous hiking trails or via the Loire à Vélo route through the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Natural Park.
The Plantagenet suite on the 1st floor can accommodate 2 to 5 people ; 2 adjoining bedrooms, each with a four-poster double bed, a stone fireplace and wood beam ceiling.
Reservations : min 2 nights - French breakfast included. Alternatives at extra cost (e.g. English breakfast).
We put at your disposal a free baby bed on request
An additional single spare bed (year 4 +) can be added (on request) + €25
Smoking areas outside or on the balcony/ e-cigarettes are allowed indoors

Coming from Villandry village (D7): head towards Savonnières, take the bridge, then on the left, follow rue du Port for approximately 3km until the 'Foncher' sign.
Coming from Tours via route de Berthenay (D88): follow the direction towards Savonnières (route de la gare D288), pass the Savonnieres bridge, continue on rue du Port for approximately 3km until the 'Foncher' sign.

"Surtout, ne pas hésiter!"
Séjourner dans la Suite Médiévale du Manoir de Foncher, c’est s’immerger dans un Moyen Age
sans les craintes, difficultés et rudesses de l’époque mais plutôt en savourer les décors, les finesses
augmentées des conforts actuels, sans oublier l’accueil irréprochable de la Maîtresse des lieux, Nathalie,
excellente hôtesse, ses conseils et ses petits déjeuners variés agrémentés de ses pâtisseries « maison », un délice…
Point de départ de nombreuses excursions et visites de sites patrimoniaux, Foncher restera un souvenir inoubliable !

"Very special place!"
We had a lovely stay at the Manoir de Foncher. The suite is furnished beautifully, and the location is very peaceful between the two rivers. It is a wonderful experience to stay in the manor with so much history.
Nathalie is an excellent host, and it is a real treat to have such a delicious breakfast on-site in the countryside.
I would highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return.

"Magnifique"
Un séjour enchanteur dans une chambre d'hôte presque magique. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la proximité des châteaux à visiter, mais surtout l'accueil réservé par notre hôtesse Nathalie et les délices qu'elle nous proposait chaque matin. Nous reviendrons !
