Swimming-pool Hiking trailsLarge attic family suite of approximately 43 m² with all comforts in a charming house, with neat and authentic decoration. Independent, it is composed of a private entrance, a sleeping area with a 160 bed, a second sleeping area with a 140 bed and a 90 bed, separate private toilet and bathroom, a space with table and chairs, small fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, courtesy tray.
There is also a reserved relaxation area in the park.
This suite is not suitable for children under 5 years old (stairs and barrier)
We are located in the pretty and quiet village of Sampzon, between Ruoms and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, and close to the Chauvet cave and the Gorges d'Ardèche.
There are lovely walks from the house and of course the Ardèche river.
But many other activities can be practiced depending on the season.
Breakfast will consist of fresh homemade or local products and the table d'hôte is offered in the evening by reservation.
From €140 per night for 4 people, breakfast included.

"Sehr ruhige und schöne Unterkunft an der Ardèche"
Die Kommunikation mit Valérie hat, trotz fehlender Französischkenntnisse unsererseits, vor und während unseres Aufenthalts gut geklappt.
Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und wunderschön. Eine große Erleichterung war die integrierte Klimaanlage, die uns trotz heißer Nächte erholsam schlafen ließ.
Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war sehr gut. Wir erhielten frisches Obst aus dem Garten, Baguette, Croissants, selbstgemachte Marmelade und selbstgemachten Joghurt.
Sehr schön ist auch die Poolanlage, bei der man sich an heißen Tagen abkühlen und ausruhen kann.
Der Ort Sampzon liegt etwas abseits von den ganzen Hotspots an der Ardèche. Daher ist es dort sehr ruhig. Trotzdem lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut innerhalb von 30 Min. mit dem Auto erreichen.
Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

"Très bon gîte"
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Le gîte est très bien situé près de vallon pont d’arc. La grotte Chauvet et des ballades autour de l’Ardèche sont à visiter impérativement !
Les compotes et les confitures sont faites maison la table d’hôte excellente. Très bon séjour.

"Gîte l'éphédra"
Que ce soit le gîte, la suite familiale ou la chambre d hôtes à l ephedra tout est bien. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympas, à l'écoute, et de bon conseil pour les endroits à voir autour
