Independent studio (private access, autonomous 24 hours a day) bright and comfortable, facing South and overlooking the garden. Located on a private avenue, absolute calm!
Functional, it consists of:
- an entrance
- a pleasant main room with refined decor, including a quality double bed, a wardrobe, a dining and/or work table, a suitcase rest, flat screen, double blinds.
- the kitchen area is equipped (fridge, microwave, hotplates, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils)
- bathroom with window. Shower, WC. Heated towel rack, hair dryer, soap, shampoo.
Area: 18 m²
Household linen is provided: sheet, duvet cover, duvet, pillowcases, towels, tea towels (cotton only)
For long stays, linen is changed every week free of charge.
Washing machine and ironing facilities (free for stays longer than a week)
Easy parking, possibility of using the garage.
Smoking area on the covered terrace.
Breakfast: snack including artisanal brioche, hot drinks, to take inside or outside, you help yourself whenever you want
This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
No parties or receptions in the apartment.

"Chouette adresse"
En plein cœur de Nantes, à proximité du tramway, accueil très agréable par un propriétaire discret et très serviable à la fois, studio vraiment bien équipé, parfaitement propre et garage sur place pour la voiture : un vrai luxe à prix très raisonnable dans cette belle ville tellement intéressante à découvrir
