The damage deposit needs to be received on the bank account of the property before the agreed check-in time. Also for last minute bookings. A proof of payment alone will not be accepted. If the deposit payment is not received on the property's bank account at the original time of check-in, the guest agrees that the reservation will be considered a non-refundable no-show. A fee of 19.95 per day will be charged for (normal) daily electricity and gas consumption (19 degrees Celsius) In case of higher gas consumption due to heating above 19 degrees an additional fee of 17.50 per day will be charged.

Tourist tax and used mini bar products must been paid afterwards and is not included in the booking price.
