A homestay with complete independence. The accommodation consists of a sleeping area with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a desk with wifi, a living room with a television, a minibar with hot and cold drinks (coffee, tea,...). Extra beds can be provided according to your needs (be sure to let us know).
In the common areas you will find a lounge with fireplace, chess table, board games and satellite TV with international channels (including BBC CBS).
The property has a 14x7 swimming pool, co-heated with solar panels and with a jacuzzi under the canopy. Jacuzzi access is an extra €10/day and must be reserved 24 hours in advance. One of our several terraces also gives direct access to the river: an idyllic spot excellent for fishing.
Next to the pool is a summer kitchen, a common area equipped with a fridge, an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Within the property, you have access to several patios and 2 wood-fired barbecues allowing you to fully enjoy summer grilling.
Our domain is located in a quiet and green environment, without any overlooking, in the middle of a park with trees, including a landscaped garden with swimming pool. The accommodation for our travellers is on the first floor and can be accessed via a separate entrance. Parking spot under a carport (also for your motorbikes and bicycles).
Private domain fully fenced and with secure access via gate and digicode. Located in the Lot et Garonne countryside, close to Périgord and Dordogne, surrounded by medieval villages, close to 4 of the most beautiful villages of France, 5 km from Villeneuve sur lot, Golf, Cycle tracks...
Bicycles are available for free and at the end of the street you will find a MObiVE electric charging point (by downloading the phone app and paying by credit card you can charge 24 hours a day without subscription).

We ask for a down payment of 20% upon booking within 15 days after the reservation. The rest balance payment is requested at arrival. Reservations will be effective after the receipt of the advance and will be confirmed by email.
In the event that you need to cancel after having made a reservation and paid the 20% down payment, the following refunds apply:
• If cancelled with 60 days or more notice, your down-payment is refunded.
• If cancelled with 15 to 59 days notice, your down-payment is refunded if we can resell the specific period to a third party - if not you’re refunded 50%
• If cancelled with less than 15 days notice, your down-payment can only be refunded if we can resell the period to a third party.
• In case you must shorten your stay and you decide on an early departure, we reserve the right, to request the full amount due for the period agreed upon at the time of reservation.
In case of a car breakdown lodging cancellations are covered by most of the car insurances. For longer vacation periods it might be interesting to consider a travel and/or cancellation insurance subscription with your regular insurance agent or bankcard company. Very complete formulas are offered from as little as 10€.

Other conditions
An extra bed is possible in the attic rooms. The Bucolique is equipped with an extra permanent one person bed. The Equestre as a suite has possibility to exploit to 2 sofa beds, which are ideal for youngsters till the age of 16.
An extra person in the room is charged 30 € per night. If the person is younger than 9 the supplement is of 20€ only. For a travel cot for children up to 2 years, we charge 10€ per night. A highchair, bottle heater and changing mat are available but please inform in advance.
For a single occupation of a room there is a reduction of 10€ on the listed price.

De toutes nos expériences en chambres d' Hôtes, en France et à l' Etranger, la structure "En bord de rivière" est de loin celle qui offre tous les services et les commodités de qualité optimum, avec une belle et agréable piscine bien entretenue ! Rien n' est laissé au hasard par la maitresse des lieux ; la cuisine d' été très bien équipée est un vrai plus, ainsi qu' un petit déjeuner copieux, très varié et savoureux. Merci à Marika et à son mari Stéphane (super actif pour entretenir la grande propriété arborée tous les jours..) , pour leur amabilité, bienveillance et discrétion.
Un endroit incontournable, à découvrir si l' on vient visiter le Lot et Garonne.

"Magnifique découverte"
Imbattable en termes de rapport qualité prix ! Les services y sont dignes d’un hôtel 5 étoiles et notamment le petit déjeuner. La maison se trouve dans un écrin de verdure, calme et dispose d’une magnifique piscine. Les hôtes sont accueillants à la fois discrets et professionnels. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
