San Brelade is in the central Roundham area of Paignton, nestled in between Paignton Harbour and Goodrington Sands, with the views of Roundham Head just a minute’s walk away. Paignton seafront and Goodrington Sands are just a five minute walk away. There is free Wi-Fi, limited free parking on site and free off-street parking.

All bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV with Freeview, mini fridge & ironing and tea/coffee making facilities. All bedrooms are en suite.

Two bedroom second floor apartment with shower room and kitchenette/diner is ideal for families.

Home-cooked breakfast is provided each morning, including a vegetarian option, served in the dining room.

There is also a garden with sea views.

It is less than 10 minutes’ drive from San Brelade to Paignton Zoo, and the shops, restaurants and attractions of the town centre are also within easy driving distance. Quay West water park is around 20 minutes’ walk away.

San Brelade is situated in the Roundham area of Paignton approximately 0.75 miles from Paignton bus and train stations. There is a bus service which stops 50m from our door.

There are a good number of taxi companies operating in the area.

They have private tarmac car park with level access to the front garden where there is seating for guests.

Access to the front door is via 5 concrete steps 2m in width and with a 16cm rise.

Assistance with luggage is available.

The dining room and guest lounge are on this level with no further steps.

Access to the first floor is via a staircase with a wooden bannister. There are 16 steps with a turn after 8. The steps are 85cm wide with a 17cm rise and 25cm tread.

Access to the second floor is via a staircase with wooden bannister. There are 5 steps, a turn , and a further 11 steps, same size as to the first floor.

The Guest House is carpeted throughout.

Children aged 4 years or older cannot be accommodated.
