The property is a rare example of a bourgeois townhouse and features a handmade curved staircase, oak floorboards, wood panelling and a traditional Perigordian floor.
This bed and breakfast offers classical guest rooms, each with a table or seating area and an ensuite bathroom with a bath or shower. Some rooms overlook the shady enclosed courtyard, where guests can relax with a cold drink by the fountain in the warmer months.
A continental breakfast is included free of charge and consists of freshly ground coffee, an assortment of teas and tisanes, hot chocolate and fruit juice. Bread and croissants are baked locally, accompanied by an assortment of jams, Normandy butter, locally produced yoghurt and seasonally available fruits.
Fans are provided in all rooms for the hotter months. There are small fridges,microwaves and coffee machines in some rooms. Hairdryers and toiletries are provided.
Aubeterre-sur-Dronne is located a 15-minute drive from the property while Perigueux is 45-minute away.
