Welcome to Quiheix O'calme, where you'll stay in the heart of nature, on the banks of the Nantes-Brest Canal (accessible at the end of the garden), close to the Vélodyssée and the Erdre River (800 m). The main road is 2 km away, so the nights are quiet.
3000 m² garden with private terrace, parking on the property.

This recently built property was built as an extension to an older house. It opens directly onto the garden, with independent access. It includes:
- 1 large bedroom (17 m²) with 2 large bay windows and a 160x200 bed.
- 1 room (13 m²) with large bay window including kitchenette (fridge, 2 electric hotplates, microwave, mini-oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and dining area
- 1 bathroom separating the 2 rooms
- 1 WC accessible from the bedroom.
- a mezzanine above the bedroom (accessible by ladder), with 2 90x190 beds.
Additional equipment: Wi-Fi, TV, baby bed.
Bicycles can be secured in the veranda which serves as an entrance.

Decreasing rates from 2 nights.
For 2 people, supplement of €10 per stay if 2 beds are required instead of just the 160 cm bed.
Reduction of €15 per night for children under 10 years old.
