Polwaththa Eco Lodges

Nestled within Kandyan Jungle, this eco-friendly property uses solar power and rain water when possible. Offering accommodation made from mud, wood or brick, it also houses a Sri Lankan restaurant.

Polwaththa Eco Lodges is 18 km from Kandy Town and 20 km from the Knuckles Mountain Range – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Colombo International Airport is 125 km away.

Guests can go trekking whilst admiring the birds, squirrels, monkeys and other animals in nature. Alternatively, they can rent a bicycle to go mountain biking. The property provides barbecue facilities and safety deposit boxes. Laundry and ironing services are also available.

Rooms and dormitories at Polwaththa are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, towels, blankets and hot showers. The dormitory rooms offer shared bathrooms, while the regular rooms have a private balcony and include additional facilities such as a private bathroom and a mosquito net.
