Number 46

Number 46 is just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the centre of town and just a 5-minute stroll to the old town of Hastings.

All rooms and apartments at Number 46 offer free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels, a hairdryer, mini fridge, coffee machine, and a iPod docking station. En-suite rooms are equipped with large towels and toiletries. The one-bedroom apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen.

Free parking is available outside Number 46 between the hours of 18:00 - 08:00 Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday. Paid parking is available at Priory Street car park, located on the next road. All day free parking is available a short walk from Number 46. All rooms are serviced daily apart from the apartment which is serviced on the 8th day of a guest's stay. Double Rooms are not suitable for travel cots, maximum number of guests for double rooms are 2 including children. Family Rooms sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. Apartment/Suite sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Please note that guests must provide a valid credit/debit card when booking. Number 46 will charge the full amount of the booking 7 days before arrival. Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and similar parties. Number 46 is a strictly a non-smoking/non vaping property. Guests are charged a GBP 100 fine if found to be smoking/vaping on the premises.
