You are welcomed, via independent access, into a 25 m² guest studio, facing south, with a view of the garden and will benefit from 2 private terraces.
You will stay in a bright room (17 m²) equipped with a high-end 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom (6 m2) with a large Italian shower and 2 sinks. A separate toilet completes the whole.
Bed and bathroom linen are provided.
The bedroom with large bay window and electric roller shutter has direct access to the garden. It is equipped with a hairdryer, espresso coffee maker, electric kettle, flat screen TV, mini fridge, 2 large cupboards, Wi-Fi
Breakfast is included and served on a tray in the comfort of your room or on a private terrace in the garden.
Private and enclosed parking space guaranteed.
Clos Bailly is accessible by tram (10 min walk from the Cartelot stop on the regular Lille/Tourcoing line).
Close to shops and restaurants, it is located 13 km from Lille/Lesquin airport, 8 km from "Decathlon Arena Stade Pierre Mauroy" in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, 6 km from Lille center and its train stations, 4 km from the Roubaix swimming pool museum, 2 km from Croix station.

"Un havre de paix idéalement situé"
Une véritable chambre d'hôtes de charme, moderne, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût.
L'accueil est particulièrement convivial et nous a permis de faire une étape si agréable que nous envisageons d'y revenir plus longtemps pour explorer cette région que nous ne connaissons pas.
En effet, la proximité du tramway (10 mn à pied) permet de laisser sa voiture pour se rendre à Roubaix, Lille ou ses environs.
Enfin, notre repas pris dans le jardin par une belle journée de printemps et l'hospitalité de nos hôtes qui nous avaient préparé dans leur salon un petit déjeuner original et succulent ont été des moments forts de notre séjour.

"Excellent !"
Très bon accueil. Les hôtes sont disponibles et à l'écoute, ils nous ont partagés pleins de bons conseils touristiques et les bons produits du terroir au cours des petits-déjeuners copieux, variés et faits maison.
Nous avons apprécié le calme et la proximité du tramway nous permettant de rejoindre Lille ou Tourcoing très facilement. Une très bonne expérience, nous recommandons vivement cette bonne adresse.
