In this large property of pink granite from Ploumanac'h and beige granite from Tonquédec, with unique architecture, the guest room, on the ground floor of the house, has a 160x200 double bed, a retro bathroom with bathtub and basin adjoining the bedroom as well as a separate toilet, a dressing area, a relaxation lounge area to admire the view of the 2 hectare park where the setting sun also captivates the eye and the senses.
