Just a 15-minute walk from Holyrood Park, this guest house has street parking available. A flat-screen TV is included in each en suite room. With a bus stop just outside Minto House, Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station can be reached after a 15-minute bus journey.

The Royal Mile is also within a 15-minute bus journey of Minto House. Edinburgh Festival Theatre is 15 minutes’ journey away on foot. Just 1.5 miles away are Princes Street’s shops and gardens. Prestonfield Golf Course is less than 5 minutes’ drive from the property.

A hairdryer, a kettle and a selection of toiletries are also provided in each room. Some rooms have beautiful views of Arthur’s Seat, the main hill peak in Holyrood Park.
