On-site parking is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis. Off-street parking is available and is free from 18:00 until 08:00 (next day). Guests who are expecting visitors during their stay are required to inform the property staff/management in advance and make sure the visitors leave by 22:00. Please note there will be temporary parking disruption on site from 10 July till 30 September 2017. Guests are asked to park in BFS bays from 18:00 until 08:00 only. For any other times please contact us for more information. A surcharge of GBP 10 applies for early check in and late check out. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property and must be paid in advance. A security deposit of GBP 100 is required prior to arrival for incidentals and GBP 200 for bookings over the weekend. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that during the weekend the lead guest has to be 25 years or older.
