Reception: during this uncertain period, we will only take a reservation for the 2 bedrooms so as not to share the bathroom with another host. This does not prevent renting 1 or 2 bedrooms for 1 or more people from the same family or the same group (from 1 to 6 people).
An autonomous arrival is possible with access codes.
Refunds following cancellation are insured during the contamination period if the authorities change the rules for travel or reception (if not usual conditions).

Hygiene: we do our best to welcome and preserve the safety of our travelers, before your arrival, after washing your hands and wearing disposable gloves:
- by ventilating before and after the passage of the hosts
- by cleaning all surfaces carefully, as well as the floors that we steam
- by disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote controls, sanitary ware, tables, etc.)
- by providing you with soap and hydro-alcoholic gel, as well as disposable gloves and handkerchiefs…
- by washing all the linen at a minimum of 60 °
- by also taking maximum precautions for breakfast times (washing everyone's hands before and after).

We will count on you to best respect the distance in the apartment by preferably wearing a mask (not supplied).

At Villers les Nancy, just 12 minutes from downtown and Nancy Place Stanislas, you stay in Bed "My Oasis" located on the ground floor of an elevated building standing quietly against the park greenery of Asnée. Apartment shared with the owner.
You have a master bedroom with 140x190 bed, wardrobe, dresser, TV and desk.
Second bedroom with 2 beds 80x200 (paired = 160x200), wardrobe, TV, desk and chair.
Bathroom with shower, basin and separate toilet.
For a 5th person or another couple, a comfortable sofa bed in the living space isolated.
The shower-room and the TOILETS are common to guest houses.
Welcome(Reception) baby: reads umbrella and highchair.
Breakfasts in the living room or on the terrace of the owner.
Private parking, bus stop 200 m.
WiFi Internet access.
