Private pool Wellness massage Hiking trails Bike path FishingOur house is an old silkworm nursery dating from 1643 located in Laudun l'Ardoise, in a hamlet, Ribas, in the middle of vineyards, trees, an island of freshness, of peace.
Not far from the A7 and A9 motorways.
It is bordered by a river, surrounded by laurel, cypress and fig trees.
The two rooms open onto a courtyard with columns and an enclosed paved courtyard.
The rooms are large, and renovated this year, the bedding is French and of high quality. Each room has its own shower room and separate toilet. Bathroom linen is provided, as well as shower gel, shampoo and soap, all organic.
Breakfasts are prepared with home-made products, yoghurts, granola, brioches... and local products.
We also offer a table d'hôtes on reservation, a seasonal bistro, a cuisine based on quality, seasonal and local products.
A vast garden allows you to rest, in the shade of bamboos, cherry trees, magnolias while listening to the lapping of the river and the cicadas.
Our completely renovated pool will be available in 2023. No chemical treatments, the water is treated with Bio-UV lamps. It has an American beach, to relax quietly in the water, it measures 4m by 10m with a depth of 1.55m..
The environment is favourable to walks, Avignon and Uzès two cities full of history and heritage are 25 minutes away, without forgetting the Pont du Gard.

Cancellation by the customer:
a) Cancellation before the start of the stay:
If the cancellation occurs more than 8 days before the start of the stay, the amount of the deposit will remain acquired.
If the cancellation occurs less than 8 days before the start of the stay, the amount of the deposit will remain with the owner who is entitled to invoice the balance of the price of the stay (in accordance with the reservation contract) if the stay remains vacant following on cancellation.
b) if the client does not appear before 7 p.m. on the day scheduled for the start of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his guest rooms. The amount of the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.
c) in the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner.

Elle dispose de la climatisation réversible, du WIFI, cafetière nespresso, bouilloire sont mises à disposition, ainsi qu’une sélection de café et thés, tisanes.
La salle de bains ouverte sur la chambre, est soulignée par une arche en bois brûlé. Le béton ciré, les carreaux de ciment et le meuble chiné relooké complètent sa décoration.
Le lit, en 160 par 200, est habillé d’une tête de lit en bois sur toute la hauteur du mur. La literie de qualité est française. Le bois est le fil conducteur de cette chambre chaleureuse.
