Bike pathCalm, comfort, and refinement perfectly describe this guest room (or both rooms, if there are more than two of you) located on the 5th and top floor of an elegant residence with an elevator, just a short walk from the Parc de la Tête d’Or. Fully renovated in 2024, the apartment is set in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, with shops, restaurants, and boutiques only two streets away.
The 16 m² room overlooks a large private courtyard facing east, filled with natural light and completely peaceful. It accommodates one or two guests and includes a double bed (160 cm, which can be separated into two single beds), a desk, a wardrobe, and a spacious private bathroom with toilet.
A private area is available for light meal preparation, equipped with a minibar, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and basic tableware. Air conditioning is available upon request (extra charge 4€/night).
An additional bedroom for one or two more guests is available as an option. It features a lovely private balcony.
This second bedroom is never rented separately — it is only available to guests booking the main room, except during the Festival of Lights, when both rooms can be rented independently.

Les petits-déjeuners étaient composés de bons produits choisis avec soin et adaptés selon ce qui m'avait été demandé avant ma venue. Mis à disposition, pratique !
L'espace préparation peut aussi être utilisé pour les autres repas que les petits-déjeuners, un avantage.

Hôte très accueillante et à l'écoute, chambre très confortable et au calme dans un appartement rénové et propre, bonne position (à côté du Parc de la Tête d'or, à 5 min à pieds de l'arrêt du métro Masséna et près d'arrêts de bus). Nous recommandons. Padrona di casa molto accogliente e attenta, camera molto confortevole e tranquilla in un appartamento rinnovato e pulito, buona posizione (vicino al Parc de la Tête d'or, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana Masséna e vicino alle fermate degli autobus). Raccomandiamo questo appartamento.
