A beautiful alley of hundred-year-old chestnut and walnut trees will lead you to La Pichonnière.
Spacious, in freestone, our house is part of a U-shaped farmhouse.
The house is ideally located between Angers and Saumur (towns of Art and History), very close to the Château de Brissac and the vineyards of Aubance and Layon, at the gates of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Natural Park and two steps from the Loire Valley inscribed on the UNESCO heritage list.
Passionate about our native Anjou and travels, we like meetings in all simplicity.
We open to you our large family home where three generations still live.
For many years we have restored and designed it to comfortably accommodate guests.
For you, four guest rooms are furnished in a style in harmony with the residence.
Two rooms on the ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility: Zen and Mésanges. And two bedrooms upstairs including a double family and Garennes.
Your suitcases put down, you will find calm and tranquility. Around a refreshment, we will be at your disposal to provide you with all the information to facilitate your stay.
For your restoration and according to your desire of the moment, we can advise you on the restaurants nearby.
Babies and children are welcome – we provide you with the equipment.
Breakfasts will be served in our dining room; they are made according to the seasons from mostly organic products from our local producers and homemade jams.
In each room, a convivial tray (coffee, tea, herbal teas).
During these privileged moments of exchange, we will advise you on the possible walks: sites, museums, hikes and other curiosities of the moment...

Tout y est authentique : les murs en pierre de tuffeau, les poutres en chêne, le mobilier et la décoration. elle peut se louer avec la chambre Hérisson pour composer une chambre familiale. Sur le palier à proximité immédiate petit coin salon.

From Angers take the A 87 direction (La Roche sur Yon) or
Poitiers/Cholet or South Loire.
• At about 8 kms, you will cross the Loire passing over the double bridge,
• After the Loire, take exit 22: Poitiers–Brissac-Quincé.
• On the ramp, keep the left lane, do not take Murs-Erigné.
• After leaving the highway, you will be on the departmental road RD
748, towards Poitiers.
• Drive about 10 Kms on the 4 lanes, leave on your right the direction of
Brissac-Quince.
• Go past the rest areas.
• When you arrive at the roundabout: Take the 3rd exit towards Poitiers – Doué la Fontaine – Les Alleuds. Do not take the Charcé Saint Ellier exit.
• Go 1 km 500 on the RD 761, you will see a “Chambre d'hôtes” sign with a blue border.
• 500 meters after this panel, still on the RD 761, a new panel with an arrow: “Chambre d'hôtes”.
• Take on your left the wide path lined with fir trees, chestnut trees and walnut trees which leads to the Farm.
Be careful to cut the road. In case of heavy traffic or at night, do not hesitate to go to the car park on your right 50 meters away where you can turn around in complete safety.
If you follow our recommendations, only 20 minutes will be needed to reach La Pichonnière from Angers.

Elle ravit les aînés par son accessibilité (rez-de-chaussée, sanitaires avec douche à l’italienne) mais aussi les parents qui pourront s’accorder du repos dans le jardin pendant la sieste des jeunes enfants.
