RESERVATIONS and CANCELLATION CONDITIONS The reservation of the stay is effective after receipt of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the amount of the stay, for any stay of less than 4 days, 30% for stays of 4 nights or more.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit remains with the owner regardless of the reasons for cancellation. The balance of the stay is not due if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the planned date of the stay. 50% of the amount remaining due, after payment of the deposit, is due if the cancellation occurs between the 30th and the 8th day preceding the date of stay.
The deposit is not systematically taken when the guarantee is made by credit card but can be taken at any time. The full amount of the stay is due to the owner when the cancellation occurs less than 8 days before the arrival date provided for in the terms of the reservation.
In the event of early departure, the entire booked stay is due. All reservations are subject to confirmation from us upon receipt of the deposit.

Beaucoup de charme, du calme, de l’espace, la beauté des vignes. Et pas besoin de climatisation avec des murs d’un mètre d’épaisseur. Une hôtesse et une dame de
