Location gîte / chambre d'hôtes

Our eco-friendly place welcomes you to its large house located in the heart of the Boischaut Sud bocage.
On 8 hectares, access to the discovery of the permaculture vegetable garden, the forest garden and all the fauna/flora.

The house (100 m²) is located in a quiet area, 3 minutes from the tourist village of “Saint-Benoît-du-Sault”

The space we rent is modular:
- stopover accommodation in collective room (capacity 10 people maximum. €15 / night / person)
- guest room (from 65 € / night)
- gîte (from the beginning of July to the end of August), the entire house can be rented as a gîte (capacity 10 people maximum. €350 for weekends and €700 / week)
- outdoor tent with access to shared toilets (€5/night/person)

Ground floor :
- lounge area (library, sofa, board games)
- equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, gas cooker with oven, toaster, etc.) open to the dining room with a large table, wood stove, armchairs

Upstairs :
- 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (180x90 cm)
- 1 large bedroom with four single beds (180x90 cm)
- 1 large bedroom with four single beds + private bathroom and WC

OPERATION OF THE PLACE: all profits are donated to the association. 4 residents live permanently on site.
