Hiking trailsIdeally located between Bordeaux and Toulouse, our guest house is the perfect spot for a halt in the country and to take in the quiet and green surroundings.
We offer two rooms with a maximum capacity of three people each, as well as an independent entrance and a private bathroom.
The 18 m² rooms Cèdre and Garonne, which we renovated and furnished ourselves for the most part, are equally comfortable and large. Only the atmosphere is different – rather Zen and natural in the former, while the warm colours used in the latter make it more welcoming. In both cases, we have favoured green and healthy materials – lime plaster, chestnut wood, sheep wool, ... – to make your stay with us as relaxing as possible.
Free WiFi is provided in public areas.
Whenever possible, you will find local and seasonal produce on the breakfast table. What will you decide to eat with your toasts – our homemade apricot jam, or chocolate spread Chabraque made in Lacépède, or local honey? The good news is, you don’t have to choose one over the other !

Dans la rénovation du bâtiment, nous avons prévu que cette chambre soit accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (accès de plain-pied depuis l'extérieur et largeur des ouvertures notamment). Nous attendons une visite qui nous permettra de valider ces normes et d'afficher un label adéquat.

By car, from Bordeaux direction:
- if you come by the highway, take exit 6 "Villeneuve sur Lot, Aiguillon, Nérac". Continue on the D8 towards Aiguillon and cross the village of Saint-Léger. You cross the Garonne, then follow the direction of Port Sainte-Marie (you stay on the main road).
- you join the N113 / D813 and follow it towards Agen and Port Sainte-Marie.
- Pass near Port Sainte-Marie then cross the small village of Fourtic.
- about one kilometer after the Fourtic exit sign, turn left under the railway towards Lusignan-Petit-Saint-Médard
- at the next junction (a hundred meters further) turn right towards Lusignan-Petit.
- about two kilometers further uphill, turn left into a small lane with traffic reserved for residents (presence of a sign "Bessou"). Be careful, the turn is very tight!
- leave a first group of buildings (old houses and agricultural hangars) on your right. Our guest rooms are located in the yellow house that you will find on your right. Pass in front then turn right to park in the car park. A smaller car park is in front of the house and is reserved for people with reduced mobility.
By car from Toulouse direction:
- if you come by the highway, take exit 7 "Périgueux, Villeneuve sur Lot, Agen, Condom, Nérac, Le Passage". Continue in the direction of Agen (you pass two roundabouts then cross the Garonne).
- Then follow the direction of Bordeaux (again two roundabouts, then you follow the Garonne) until a third roundabout - with a McDonalds - where you always follow the direction of Bordeaux - Colayrac Saint-Cirq. You will pass under the canal bridge, an emblematic building of the city of Agen dating from the eighteenth century, remember to admire the passage!
- at the end of this lane on the bank, follow the direction of Colayrac Saint-Cirq.
- cross the villages of Colayrac Saint-Cirq and Saint-Hilaire de Lusignan then the small village of Lapouleille.
- about three kilometers after the Lapouleille exit sign, turn right under the railway towards Lusignan-Petit-Saint-Médard

"Étape dans le lot et Garonne"
Très bon accueil de Lucille et Sébastien, chambre Abeille spacieuse et confortable, literie au top. Situation au calme sur les coteaux avec une belle vue sur la vallée. Petit déjeuner copieux joliment présenté, avec de très bons produits locaux mais aussi faits maison. Nous recommandons sans hésitation Les Terrasses de Bessou.

Très bon séjour, un peu court,...
Literie au top, chambre spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût ! Le calme et le panorama de ce lieu nous incite à revenir très vite !

"Un Havre de paix"
Lucile et Sébastien sont des hôtes charmants et accueillants. La vue depuis la terrasse est splendide et les chambres sont très confortables et décorées avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et élaboré qu'avec des produits régionaux.

"une adresse à recommander"
Nous avons passé trois jours très agréables aux "Terrasses de Bessou ". Tout correspondait aux promesses du site mais c'est surtout de Lucile et Sébastien que nous garderons un bon souvenir.

Dans la rénovation du bâtiment, nous avons prévu que cette chambre soit accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (accès de plain-pied depuis l'extérieur et largeur des ouvertures notamment). Nous attendons une visite qui nous permettra de valider ces normes et d'afficher un label adéquat.
