The apartment is completely refurbished for your comfort with air conditioning included, a 140 cm storage bed, a comfortable sofa bed, the open kitchenette, the bathroom with shower and WC, a cupboard at the entrance with washing machine, dining tables and chairs.
On the 7 m² terrace, protected by an electric blind which will protect you from the setting sun, you will find a lunch table with chairs and relaxing armchairs.
Your vehicle will find a dedicated shelter in the basement of the building.
We accept small animals up to a maximum of two, on request at a cost of €50 per animal for 7 days. For shorter stays a pro rata will be applied.
You can access the city center (100 m) and the sea (30 m) on foot.
