The house offers both an independent gîte for 4 people. and a guest room formula with a family suite for 7 people. : 4 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and separate toilets.

The Corto room equipped with 2 single beds for 2 adults or 2 children (special child rate)
The "Rose Dreams" room with a single bed
and the "Chalet" room equipped with a queen size bed

For single people, the basic rate involves sleeping in a single bed. Otherwise rate for 2 people applied for accommodation in a Blue room or a Chalet room.

Possibility of privatizing the whole house for a group of 10 to 12 people.

The hearty breakfast, included in the bed and breakfast formula, is served in the dining room or in the garden on sunny days.

You will find in the rooms a relaxation break area with kettle, tea, infusions. Books and board games are available.

Possibility of access to the owner's kitchen on request or meals possible by reservation. In fine weather, a barbecue is available in the garden.

Bring your pets: they will be welcome and can enjoy the garden in complete safety - supplement of €8 per night

For bike hikers, a garage is available for the night; possibility to charge electric bikes.

The accommodation can also be suitable for business trips (special individual and weekly rate): an office space is present in the family suite. A professional exercise bike can also be offered to relax after a day's work.

The accommodation is located on the Loire by bike route and many cycling and walking tours are possible in the surrounding area.
Bicycles can be made available as well as a canoe for safe rides on the Loire located 100 m away.
A vending machine for bread and fruit and vegetables is located 100 m from the house.
The garden and its furniture are available to travellers.

Parking is free and is either on the very quiet and secure street or inside the property. Access to an electrical outlet is easy to charge electric vehicles.
