The cottage is an ideal vacation rental for families or friends of 2 to 7 people!
This former cellar, completely renovated in 2007, is made up of 5 spacious and comfortable rooms and 4 bedrooms of 10 m².
A private and fenced terrace of 35 m² welcomes you to share pleasant moments of relaxation. It is also an ideal outdoor space for your children to have fun in complete safety.
Wooden garden furniture, deckchairs and a plancha will also allow you to relax and fully enjoy your stay on the Ile de Ré.
The cottage consists of 7 rooms including a dining / living room and 4 large bedrooms which can accommodate up to 7 people in total.
Your seasonal rental is entirely on one level, which can facilitate the movement of people who have difficulty moving around.
Finally, access to the gîte is via a private and fenced passage, which will allow you, if you wish, to park the bicycles brought or rented there in complete safety.
