Located on the hill of Val de Bargis, surrounded by meadows and forests, between the Loire, its vineyards, and the Morvan regional natural park, Les Chaumes is a completely renovated old farm which has kept in its soul the animals that once lived.
On the ground floor, you will find the large dining kitchen in which you will be served hearty, homemade breakfasts.
A terrace is at your disposal with deckchairs and hammocks, breakfast can be enjoyed there when the weather permits.
The rural setting, Léon the rabbit, Bob & Morane the sheep, guarantee you a pleasant change of scenery.
Departure for hiking or cycling tours, access to the Bellary national forest from the house.
Table d'hôtes “like at home” by reservation on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.
Communal fishing pond 2 km away, shops (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, hairdresser, café brasserie, medical center) in the center of the village of Châteauneuf Val de Bargis less than 2 km away.
Close to the vineyards of Pouilly-sur-Loire, Sancerre, Coteaux du Giennois or even the Côtes de la Charité, visits and tastings for lovers of good wines.

Muriel et Pascal sont des hôtes très accueillants, on se sent comme à la maison en arrivant dans ce bel écrin de nature, chaleureux et moderne. Nous avons passé un week-end ressourçant, tant par l’environnement dépaysant que par la table d’hôtes qui était excellente !
