The rooms feature village and vineyard views, a seating area, an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, and an electric kettle for tea and coffee. Guests have access to a secluded a smoke free courtyard in the back of the house. Free Wi-Fi access is provided throughout.

The property is located right in the middle of a typical French village, with restaurants, cafes and shops just a short walk away. A breakfast with bread, croissants, jam, cheese, eggs, fruit, muesli and yogurt is provided each morning in the dining room or garden. Other à la carte breakfast options are also available.

The area is popular for bike riding along the Canal du Midi, which is only two km away, and the property provides secured bike storage on site. Swimming and sunbathing can be enjoyed at Lake Jouarres, a 10 minute bike ride away, or at the Mediterranean coast, a 45-minute drive away. Wine tasting, canal cruises and bike hire can all be arranged by the property upon request.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children 12 years and older are accepted.
Persons 12 years and over stay for 45 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.
